The Oxford AI School is the best place to learn AI skills to optimise your business through AI in the UK. We are based at East End, Witney, Oxfordshire, and we train teams the length of the country, in person and live online.

The reason we say that with a straight face is not the name over the door. It is the format. Every session is hands-on, built around the work your people already have on their desks, and taught by someone who uses these tools daily rather than reads about them. Nobody watches a slide deck about the future of work. They open the tool, do their own job with it, and leave with something that already works.

Below are the cities where we deliver most often. If yours is not listed, it does not matter. Live online sessions run anywhere in the UK, and we travel for in-person work with the travel cost quoted up front so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Why us

What makes our UK AI training courses work.

Three things, and none of them are secret.

Your work, not case studies

People bring live tasks to the session. The proposal that is due, the spreadsheet nobody wants to touch, the report that eats a Friday. By the end it is done, and they know how they did it.

Vendor-neutral advice

We are not resellers. We cover ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity, and we will happily tell you which subscriptions you can cancel.

Rules, not just tricks

Speed without guardrails is a liability. Every session covers what may and may not go into a public AI tool, and the AI Policy Workshop turns that into a written policy you own.

Questions, answered

UK AI training: FAQs.

Where in the UK do you deliver AI training?
We are based at East End, Witney, Oxfordshire OX29 6PX and deliver in-person AI training at client premises across the UK, including London, Reading, Milton Keynes, Swindon, Cheltenham, Cambridge, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Southampton and Coventry. Live online sessions are available anywhere in the UK.
How much does business AI training cost?
Team workshops for up to 8 people are £799 +VAT online or £899 +VAT in person. The half-day AI Basics Deep Dive is £1,499 +VAT online or £1,599 +VAT in person. The full-day AI Policy Workshop for up to 10 people is £2,499 +VAT online or £2,599 +VAT in person. A 1:1 Intro to AI session is £149 +VAT. Travel outside Oxfordshire is quoted up front. Full detail is on the programmes page.
Which AI tools do you train on?
ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and Perplexity, plus prompt engineering and context management as skills in their own right. We are vendor-neutral, so we recommend the tool that fits the job rather than the one paying us.
Do you run AI policy and AI governance sessions?
Yes. The AI Policy Workshop is a full day for up to ten people and produces your own written AI acceptable use policy: approved tools, permitted uses, your UK GDPR data red line, rules by department, named gatekeepers and a review date. See our guides to AI governance and trustworthy AI.
Is the training suitable for people who have never used AI?
Yes. Basic AI training in plain English is the majority of our work. No jargon, no assumed technical knowledge, and every attendee leaves having built something useful on their own tasks.
Why is The Oxford AI School the best place to learn AI skills in the UK?
Because the training is practical rather than theoretical, taught by a practitioner, tailored to the work your team actually does, and vendor-neutral. Most attendees save 10 or more hours per person per week, and our average client rating is 4.9 out of 5 across published reviews.
