This is home turf. We are based in Witney, Oxfordshire, so the South East is where the school started and where we know the ground best. It is also the region where businesses are least likely to need convincing that AI matters and most likely to have already made a mess of adopting it, which changes the job. A good proportion of our South East work is not introducing AI, it is sorting out an approach that grew by accident.
The region has a genuine spread. The Thames Valley corridor along the M4 through Reading and Bracknell is thick with technology and software companies, many of them UK arms of much larger businesses. Brighton has a dense digital and creative sector. Southampton and Portsmouth bring maritime, port and defence work. Guildford and the Surrey belt hold satellite, games and professional services firms. Milton Keynes is logistics and corporate operations. Oxford is research, spin-outs and publishing.
We train hands-on, on your real work: client deliverables, product and technical documentation, campaign material, bids and reporting. Your team learns ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, and because the baseline knowledge here is higher than average we tend to spend less time on what AI is and considerably more on building workflows that hold up and on unpicking habits that will eventually cause a problem.

Three patterns we see constantly in this region, which are different from the ones we see elsewhere.
In the Thames Valley and around Oxford, the common situation is not a team that needs persuading but a team where AI use has spread informally, inconsistently and with no agreed boundaries. Some people are excellent at it, some are producing work nobody trusts, and nobody knows which tools hold company data. Auditing that honestly and replacing it with a shared standard is the highest-value session we run here.
The South East has a high concentration of businesses whose customers now start with ChatGPT or Google's AI answers rather than a search results page, and generative engine optimisation is a live commercial concern rather than a curiosity.
