You do not need another job on your list.
You are selling the work, doing the work, checking the numbers and remembering that the website still says “coming soon”. AI is useful when it takes a job off that list or helps you make a better decision. We are planning a female founder programme around that reality, across sectors and stages. Practical capability, a clear commercial purpose and room to ask every question.
What we’re planning to cover
Module 01
Test the idea before polishing the pitch
Turn your idea into a clear customer, problem and offer.
Build a research plan using public sources and actual customer conversations.
Compare competitor positioning without inventing demand or market size.
Prepare interview questions that test your assumptions rather than flatter them.
Module 02
Build a sales process you will use
Draft outreach around a real prospect’s needs and your own offer.
Turn discovery notes into a proposal with clear scope and next steps.
Create follow-up messages that sound like you and have a reason to exist.
Prepare for objections using your evidence, pricing and delivery constraints.
Module 03
Make your marketing sound like your business
Write a working tone-of-voice brief with examples of what you would actually say.
Turn one useful idea into a newsletter, a social post and a website FAQ.
Build a content plan around buying questions rather than endless posting.
Create a brief for brand or website work with the decisions in the right order.
Module 04
Get the founder out of every small decision
Turn recurring tasks into checklists a colleague can follow.
Prepare management summaries from your own checked figures.
Draft investor or stakeholder updates with facts and assumptions clearly separated.
Decide which tasks to keep, delegate or support with AI as the business grows.
Existing team training excludes VAT at 20% · Virtual or in person across Oxfordshire and the UK.

One customer conversation. Three useful pieces of work.
Start with anonymised notes from a customer conversation. Use AI to pull out the customer’s problem, draft a proposal outline and suggest questions you still need answered. Check the interpretation against the notes before anything leaves your desk. That is a useful afternoon’s work. Rewriting your LinkedIn headline for the eighteenth time can wait.
Choose a measure that matters at your stage: time from enquiry to proposal, founder hours spent on recurring admin, or the number of customer interviews completed before a launch. AI activity is not the same as business progress.
Standards before shortcuts
Your business. Your voice. Your decisions.
The planned programme is for female founders across all sectors; it does not assume a particular kind of business or level of confidence. AI can help challenge an idea, organise evidence and draft a plan. It cannot validate customer demand, guarantee funding or decide what your business is worth. Financial, legal and investment decisions still need the right human expertise.
We work with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot, choosing what fits the task and your approved environment. We agree priorities beforehand, practise together and leave you with reusable materials. Tool subscriptions and any integration work are discussed separately.

Is the female founder programme available to book now?
The dedicated female founder programme is being planned now. Follow The Oxford AI School on social media for updates. Existing tailored team training is available if you want to get started sooner.
Is this for female founders in a particular sector?
No. The planned programme is for female founders across all sectors. The work might involve services, retail, technology, a creative business or something entirely different. Examples should fit the business you are building.
Can I take part if I am an established business owner?
The planned content is relevant to both new and established founders. The point is to choose workflows for your stage, whether that is testing an offer, winning work or making a growing team less dependent on you.
What does the £2,299 price refer to?
It is the price of our existing half-day tailored team training for up to eight people, plus VAT, online or in person. It is not a launch price or confirmed schedule for the planned female founder programme.
Cost, format and booking
How much does AI training for female founders cost?
Existing tailored team training costs £2,299 +VAT for a half-day with up to eight people, online or in person. Takeaway materials and 30 days of follow-up are included. The dedicated female founder programme is still being planned.
Do we need to know how to use ChatGPT or Claude already?
No. We start with the tools and the briefing habits you need for the agreed tasks. You practise on examples relevant to your team and learn to check the result. No coding is required for the half-day sector session.
Can you deliver the training at our premises?
Yes. We are based in Witney, Oxfordshire and deliver in person across the UK, or live online. We agree the location, practical arrangements and session priorities before booking.
What is the next step after the half-day?
Choose a deeper module based on the work you want to improve. Options include AI policy, winning business, GEO and the Claude Code pathway. Advanced Claude Code requires the introductory module or equivalent experience; Building Agents requires the advanced foundations.
How do we book a session?
Book a free 10-minute intro call through Get In Touch, or email Learn@TheOxfordAISchool.com. We discuss your team, the tasks you want to improve and the right training before confirming a date.
