What you are actually buying

Half the fun of image models is finding out what they do when you stop asking for something sensible, so we asked for the arms this school would have been granted in the 16th century. What came back was a pair of winged lions holding up a shield, an open book, a plumed helm, a good deal more gold leaf than the modern crest would ever allow, and the school strapline carved onto the banner underneath: Learn To Fly With AI. It was too good to leave in a chat window, so it went on a shirt.

The blank underneath is the heaviest tee in the collection: 8.2oz carded cotton, boxy through the body with dropped shoulders and wide neck ribbing, shoulder-to-shoulder tape and double-needle hems. It is pre-shrunk, so the fit you get on the first wear is the fit you keep. Navy is the only colourway, which is deliberate: the print carries the colour, and it needs a dark ground to read properly.

This is the piece for anyone who finds the embroidered crest a little too discreet. It is not subtle, it is not a small badge on the left chest, and it is the only thing in the range that gets asked about in a pub.
